Beauty List is operated by Pam Holthaus, an independent representative for aesthetic brands. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it is used.

Information I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, I collect the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, practice name, city, role, the brands you’re interested in and any notes. Squarespace, which hosts this website, may also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How I use it

I use your information to respond to pricing, ordering and training requests, to send the product updates and training dates you ask for, and to keep records of our business relationship. I do not sell your information.

Text messages

If you choose Text on a sign-up form, you agree to receive occasional text messages from Beauty List about product updates, new products and trainings. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Your phone number and text opt-in will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Who else sees it

Your information is stored with the services I use to run this website and my business, such as Squarespace, Google (Gmail and Google Sheets) and Calendly. If you request pricing, place an order, or ask me to register you for a company’s webinar, I may share the details needed to fulfill that request with that company.

Your choices

You can ask me to update or delete your information, or stop receiving updates, at any time by emailing beautylist11@gmail.com or calling or texting 480-800-7537.
